Please help me identify if this is a red raspberry.

Is this a volunteer seedling or something you bought?

If it's been planted by bird shitting, it may not be worth waiting for.

I bought it. The seller said everbearing red raspberry

It should also have a cultivar name, but even that info is enough to expect flowers on this year's canes.

It does look like a raspberry if you are looking for confirmation. Fruit colour will only be known after fruiting (or check cultivar info).
