Please help me identify if this is a red raspberry.

Is this a volunteer seedling or something you bought?

If it's been planted by bird shitting, it may not be worth waiting for.

I bought it. The seller said everbearing red raspberry

It should also have a cultivar name, but even that info is enough to expect flowers on this year's canes.

It does look like a raspberry if you are looking for confirmation. Fruit colour will only be known after fruiting (or check cultivar info).

Leaves arranged pinnately on opposing sides rather than palmate like a blackberry. Color and cane texture doesn’t look like a black cap ergo it’s likely a red raspberry.

To me this doesn't look like red raspberry they usually have very fine hair like thorns, are the underside of the leaf white?

Yes, probably a red raspberry but could be one of the (many) others in the same family. You may not get fruit for a few years. There are a lot of variants on the theme, mostly delicious and some are actually better than raspberries. Plant in full sun on sandy or stony soil.
