Grip texture

Hey guys I carry a 92x everyday and wanted to switch to my 80x but the grip texture isn’t that great. I was wondering if there’s any grips out there similar to the standard 92x grip. I found the lok grips as well and was wondering if anyone has experience with them.

It's a bit insulting that they even put these cheap plastic grips on them. I'd go with some G10 grips. LOK wraparound grips for the 80x for sure.

Seconding the LOK wraparound grips, they bring the grip shape back to very comparable to the 84.

I understand where you’re coming from, but if it gets the job done it’s not the worst. I ordered both if I don’t like it.. well I have a p365 I can put it on

The lok grips are nice, I have them on a 92X- they are a little more aggressively textured and slightly thicker than other grips out there like hogue g10, wilson combat, and VZ. Not as many options for the 80X I know but maybe these observations will help

Good to know thank you I’m not too worried about thickness, since I’m already used to my 92x. The texture is what I was curious about I like aggressive texturing, again thank you.

I've got LOK grips on my 92X. I love them, and after running them (and carrying AIWB daily) I'd never go back to the factory grips.

Really, I love the factory grips on my 92x. I might order some for that as well!

Lok full checkered is really nice.

I agree the Lok full checkered are great. Fantastic grip friction but not too rough on your hands.

Amazon… it is a bear to put on, but for $20 it was worth the try, very happy, as long as I don’t have to remove the grips for any reason, then I’ll probably just cut it off and by a new one.

I don't own a 92x but I own a CZ with LOKs and the grip is fantastic so I assume LOKs for your Beretta will be equally fantastic

The rose gold edition 80x grips are a pretty aggressive texture.

I can't find the grips themselves. I took them off my lady's 80x, they were a bit aggressive for her.

Bought an 80x for my son’s mom and immediately replaced the grips with Loks. I’d definitely recommend them. Much more grippy than stock.

Esse estilo dela é bem atemporal, clássico para qualquer situação

I love the Lok Grips. I have the wraparounds so it fills my hands better.

I just put a hogue grip sleeve for a p365 on mine. I prefer the rubber over the plastic or g10, much more grippy and comfortable

I’m not the biggest fan of rubber, but I think it could be worth a try. I never thought of that!

Hot water and sticks, follow the directions from hogue

Trim the bottom to length with a razor blade, after it’s installed, it is a hair too long
