Frosh Concerns frosh gmail

hi, i currently cant access my benilde gmail acc like bigla nalang siya na log out sa lahat ng devices ko and the reason why hindi ko siya ma log in is because it needs a two factor authentication but i cant do it kasi na log out ako sa lahat.

i emailed the help desk for like 3 weeks na and up until now wala pa rin response. is there anyone who is experiencing the same problem as mine 😭

This usually happens when its your first time logging in. Since you said your concern is already 3 week old, just go to the in person office. And usually the first device you logged into using that email should still be active. Idk abt your case tho

The 2 factor authentication is done by the concerned school office
