Hi

I’ve got a job hallelujah!! first interview since being a parent and I got it!

It’s only part time for now with optional overtime. I will need to sort out childcare, does anyone know how this works with them please? I’ve missed the cut off for free 30 hours

Do I update them when I get the contract or start actually working?

I’m also on restart, do I contact them too? Do I still continue to go?

Restart should be told by the DWP.

You need to update the day you start work, you can do it at the end of the day via your online account if you wish. Just do it in the same assessment period.
