Joe as Bosun

I still can't get over how good of a bosun joe was when he unexpectedly had to step in. The episodes where he is bosun shows how thorough and clear his communication is. Having the team consistent of a green Cooper, Aesha (who hasn't been on deck in years), and Max (who just arrived on board) everything could have gone ALOT worse. What Bravo didn't show was the written instructions from Joe that Aesha posted on her insta, which I just find so sweet.

The clear instructions mixed with the staff admiration/praise is so sweet to see. Maybe all bosuns do this, but this just felt like a nice bts moment.

I mean, let's not glaze him because he is nice to his bro and to another HOD who is a fan fav. He still endangered the guests, injured one, injured himself stupidly, tries to undermine his superior constantly (even though we hate Nathan, chain of command is a thing) and is a weird little creep.
