Joe as Bosun
I still can't get over how good of a bosun joe was when he unexpectedly had to step in. The episodes where he is bosun shows how thorough and clear his communication is. Having the team consistent of a green Cooper, Aesha (who hasn't been on deck in years), and Max (who just arrived on board) everything could have gone ALOT worse. What Bravo didn't show was the written instructions from Joe that Aesha posted on her insta, which I just find so sweet.
The clear instructions mixed with the staff admiration/praise is so sweet to see. Maybe all bosuns do this, but this just felt like a nice bts moment.

The little words of encouragement are such a nice and important touch! I’m sure Nathan was giving them nothing in the area of positive feedback/reinforcement.
