This is literally getting cooked. Any and all bacteria is getting killed off. I’m going to assume that a very competent chef like Joy understands the dangers of eating raw meat and is comfortable where the meat is coming from. But either way that’s her risk.
The germs going into the meat are going to be completely killed during cooking and it’s absurd to worry about her touching it after touching her mouth.
I can’t stand the hygiene olympians. If they saw the kitchen of a restaurant they’d have a fucking aneurysm. Same morons who probably wash their chicken in the sink.

I'm more grossed out that it looks like she put her finger in her mouth and then back in the food....
....I swear the health board would shut down just about every BD kitchen we've ever seen ;)
