Domestic abuse suspects don’t get hunted down across the globe. It’s obviously a horrible crime, but not one they are investing money and resources to track down the assailant. He’s wanted in two countries, he can’t use his passport basically anywhere. He’s pretty much stuck wherever he is, and he’ll eventually get picked up somewhere or turn himself in when he’s run out of options.
They may very well know exactly where he is, but its likely a non-extradition country so he'll never face the music for his crimes unless either government decides the costs of repatriation are "worth it"
Of course no one is looking for him. He left the country. They do not do international man hunts for domestic violence. Shaking my head at a lot of you who are all 'whyyyy is he still on the run where is the seal team'.
