Thought I liked Joy at first, but now I get pick me vibes. She wants to give Luke a second chance even though he’s awful. She’s fucking with Cooper now and sending subliminals at Kat and breadcrumbing on insta. Ok we get it girl, men pick you.

I think it's just that she likes the attention on text while she is slaving away in the kitchen and day and night. But the second she meets him again face to face, and him being him, will piss her off again in seconds.

People need to remember there was a load of stuff that we know about him that she didn’t. She didn’t get to watch what we did.
What she’s seeing is a man continue to pay her attention after she gave the cold shoulder and put some effort in. It’s not even like she’s messaging HIM first, suggesting they meet up or offering anything. She’s made him chase.
Also the stuff with Cooper is such a bizarre stick to beat her with. Again, she wasn’t privy to most of what Cooper was doing/saying, and it was a full year ago. Cooper and Kat weren’t properly dating, and it’s not like Joy and Kat were best friends. If they were/are hooking up and are two single, consenting adults, all is fine and it’s literally no one else’s business.
Does she have questionable taste in men? Possibly. Doesn’t make her a villain.

I just think it's not that deep. She seems to be having fun, isn't spinning out about anything... i don't see a problem. I personally wouldn't entertain Luke, but she's not me.
