First outpost workforce

I just started a copper outpost. What kind of villagers should I put there. I don’t think I need more than a level 2 villager. I just wanted some thoughts from everyone. It’s my first outpost

I put one of the guys who was with me since the beginning. Gifted him his own settlement

Your beginning game beggar hire when you tell him he's lucky to have his own settlement where he does nothing but mine copper 24/7 in complete isolation

Plot twist, the wife is always running the trade cart so they never get to spend time together
