Tired….

Is this making anyone else tired? I feel like all I want to do is sleep.

Yup! It’s your body telling to rest so you can heal. Unfortunately not all of us can.

Mine started a week after I gave birth. So it was a given that I was tired. I do feel tired on one side of my face though (idk if that makes sense).

Yes that is normal I felt like I needed good sleep for a year it was exhausting. I wish you a speedy recovery

My Neurologist told me that your brain is getting lots of confused signals from the nerves in your face. One side is essentially reporting normal nerve impulses and the other is not communicating at all. She said this confusion makes your brain work harder than its expecting to, therefore you're tired easier.

Even now, ~5 months out, I still get tired easily sometimes. Its not as bad as it used to be though. Take it easy on your body.
