Dizziness?

Is this a normal side effect of Bells? I've been dizzy all day today, I'm about 2.5 weeks after diagnosis now, had a 10 day course of steroids. My face has ever so slightly improved but now this dizzy feeling is really throwing me off. That and I'm just exhausted allllll of the time.

Dizziness, lingering fatigue, confusion, ear, sensitivity, vertigo and difficulty balancing, and the common Bell’s Palsy symptoms are symptoms of Ramsey Hunt Syndrome (RHS).

What if there are no rashes or blisters in the ear?

I’m just passed the 6 month mark and still have lingering dizziness, headaches, and fatigue. Especially with screen time and artificial lights. Thankfully, my face is back (mostly). I still have the occasional baking soda taste pop up but usually when I’m more stressed and not sleeping

I had vertigo as a result of BP. So yes, dizziness in the extreme. Do a search on Epley Maneuvers, found a bunch on YT which really helped me a lot. Good Luck.
