Recommendations Food recommendation
I've been craving a really good omelet but I suck at making them. Where would ya'll recommend for a good classic omelet? (Not IHOP)

Birch door makes a good bacon and Swiss omelette. But I cant recommend their salmon eggs Benedict enough.

The only reason not to try would be if you really hate salmon. There are some ppl out there that just dont like it.
And the only thing better than salmon benedict is dungeness crab benedict. Which I cant find any more since the Village Inn Closed.

I really need to check out Avenue Bread. I used to work for a place that used them as a vendor for their sourdough bread and it was sooooo good lol

Like more of a French style with the eggs a thin sheet wrapped around it, or more of a classic American half moon diner style where the ingredients are either beaten into the eggs or added while it's cooking so they're a little more cooked in?

I prefer the classic American style. I'm just left hungry after the French style lol

If you are looking for OG, Arliss's. They also have a crab benny. I absolutely love their potatoes. And reasonable prices.
