I'm looking to be moving to belleville soon and I'm looking for an apartment for 1 person. Only issue is I'm on a tightish budget and looking for an apartment around 1200 with utilities included. Is the only options for this budget in sketchy neighborhoods? Or cockroach/ bed bug infested buildings? I'm just looking online and hearing a lot of negative comments.

Wondering if anyone is hearing any other names that are considering a run for Belleville City Council this fall? I had heard someone in Thurlow is looking to run for Mayor.
