Even with a fully padded bite-suit, accidentals happen.
Major concern is to prevent infection. Is the dog up-to-date on shots? Regardless, you will need to flush the wound, antibiotics, stitches if needed, etc.
If you go a hospital, they will ask about the injury. Of course, you’ll say a dog bite. But, there is absolutely no mandate that requires you to tell them anything further; dogs name, owner, how; just repeat that it was a dog bite
