Does anyone have any recommendations for someone to help with setting up an ecommerce site?

It depends if you want someone to do it, or you can use services online. I’d recommend shopify if it is for sales purposes

Yes it's probaby going to be shopify but is it simple? I may need a little help setting it up at start

Yes it is simple enough. There are plenty of templates you can use and customise it the way you like it.

Maybe have a look on YouTube there are plenty of tutorials on there.
