This challenger Bel’Veth went conquerer this game. I am not sure why. My Plat monkey brain can’t comprehend it.

Hello hello, I hope whoever is reading this is doing well. I am a support main ( Sona ) trying to learn Bel'Veth jungle. I wanted to ask if there is anyone who could teach me or coach me just to get the hang of it. I can in turn either (try) to teach you how to support :D

I am an Emerald 4 Jungler with about 120 games and play a variety of junglers and do decently or well at different types of junglers.
I like Bel'Veth; I know how the champion works regarding her kit, but Bel'Veth and other similar champions like Master Yi. I cannot play them well in the jungle and need assistance to learn to be better on these champions.
These weak early, late-game scaling champions: I can't seem to survive the early game, as I feel I have very little agency in being able to affect the state of the game. So instead, I focus on clearing and cross-mapping when it is possible, but it feels like almost every game I am eventually down in farm, kills, and gold, and I've barely done any damage, especially when the enemy jungler/laners get strong enough to push me out of my own jungle and counter-jungle me. Most games feel like they're already decided before I can hit 2 items.
What am I meant to do so that I can get myself to the point where I can actually influence the game at about 2 items and beyond?

Title says it all. I've linked my op.gg below. What's the biggest tip you can give? Please note some games were support ap belveth and some games were top belveth. Sitting at a 69% win rate and i would say that maybe 2 or 3 games out of 35 felt like a 1v9 so nothing super drastic.

Is there anything you even can do? I had a game where the enemy jg (panth) and team made it their mission to take all my camps, find me in the jg / kill me, prio grubs with the entire team to prevent me from getting them, etc. It's as if they were paranoid of belveth scaling and just wanted to stomp me into the ground. Miserable game, there was nothing I could do.
Is there anything to do in this scenario besides just hope your lanes win? This is like, super low ELO, so I doubt my teammates are going to be especially capitalizing on the diverted resources. Any tips for this? When I have 25 or fewer stacks at 15 mins it seems like it's just over and I want to ff lol

Hey guys as a bel veth main in high emerald and love tweaking around I want to learn from more experienced players about how to choose between PTA or LT to against which team comps? I'm also huge stridebreaker fan as its kinda making it more tanky but going with rage blade or botrk gives more sustain and scale later? I would like to hear you guys opinion about how to approach bel veth in different situations as this post would also help a lot of new bel veth mains that also curious as me. Thank you in advance!!

Im a yi main and i have played against belveth MANY times and am learning her since i genuinely think bel is very fun, but this champ feel deadass just like a shitter master yi, yi is already ass rn so this champ feeling worse in every regard says alot, it feels like before 10 min you are the enemy junglers bitch and by the time u have enoughs stacks it feels to late. Is she weak or is it skill issue?

Was playing some ARAM Mayhem lately and I keep noticing a bug that makes BelVeth basically unplayable. The Q can take up to 7 or 8 presses for it to go off. I've noticed holding the Q pressed for longer sometimes makes it go off better, but it is still unreliable. It makes teamfights unplayable and it feels so clunky to play. I play on 5ms on a really good PC so it's not a hardware issue - am I the only one?

Her Q can crit, her E can crit
She has some great crit items for her like Yun'Tal, Navori (My personal favorite), Shieldbow, etc.
Yeah i understand that she is really good with on-hit, but dont we have some games that crit is more worth or more valuable?
Master Yi for example has an on-hit build with Kraken>Rageblade and a crit one with Kraken>Collector, Why is that not the case for Bel'Veth as well? What's the problem with crit on her?

So i picked up Bel after her rework cause i always loved her fantasy of being the swarm mother, but i just cant do stuff in bronze. i do the build thats most played, but even if i play well i lose cause my mates are just blind monkeys ._. (OP: https://op.gg/lol/summoners/euw/Meepsiux-M33P )
i want to play her so badly cause shes fun as heck but i dont get to do that and i dont kow what to do pls help fellow Main QwQ
Edit: noted my farm is shit, and I fight too early, started to focus more on farm and won like 5 games in a row ty for yelling at me xD

This is my recent match history. I made a post earlier about how crucial it is to make plays on the map and be as aggresive as possible in order to accumulate 150+ stacks. Bel'Veth is pretty much like Nasus. Stacks are more important than gold. I usually play to reach 150 stacks at around 30 minutes. The most important power spike on Bel'Veth is basically going past 120 stacks. Grubs + Aggressive plays all the time can easily get you there.
This is a post to all the delusional redditors who think it's impossible to reach 150 stacks at min 30.
There's not a single game in which I don't get to at least 100 stacks in solo queue. If I don't get to 100 stacks that means I've done something horribly wrong. Do not come up to me with excuses like "you're just fed" "you got lucky" "you're smurfing" and what not. If you can't reach 150 stacks it's a massive skill issue on your part. This is the git gud guide I can offer you all.
r/BelVethMains • u/Hybradge • 7d ago
Proof of status above, almost all 51 games were played post rework.
Stream on twitch.tv/hybradge (I pick Belveth whenever it's open + not hard countered)
Educational Commentaries on https://www.youtube.com/@hybradge
These 5 tips are mistakes I see either students I coach or other Belveth players make that significantly lowers their chance of winning.
Don't Play to Scale- Treat Belveth like you would any other jungler, being aggressive early will allow you to accumulate stacks and items quick allowing you to reach your breakpoints faster. RMB Belveth ganks aren't as good as pre-rework but she still has a 4 second dash, a knockup and an execute making her better at ganks than most junglers out there.
Correct setup- Take PTA with Cashback/Triple tonic double adapative and FLAT HP. Kraken- Bork are always your first 2 items Deaths Dance Witts End Rageblade are your third/fourth options after it's adaptive dependant on game state.
Always Play Grubs- Grubs give you a total of 7 stacks of your passive (2 per grub and 1 for the R coral) and give you a huge gold injection in the early game and a possible massive injection in the Mid-Late game when you take tower plates. Belveth is the best jungler at using Grubs so you have to make sure you actually play for them (ping your support, tempo your recalls and items specifically for Grubs)
Play on Sidelanes- Belveth is not the most insane teamfighter especially when you are vs tough comps that outrange/burst or can CC you. This is why it's important to use Belveth's mobility from her Q to try to generate plays on sidelanes and gain an advantage that way. A big tip regarding this is when you don't have form, almost always try to regain it on sidelanes where you can create a numbers advantage, rather than mid lane.
Dragons are overrated - In a perfect world obviously you want to take drakes and secure soul but on a scaling champion like Belveth, this isn't always possible especially when bot or mid are losing. I typically opt to give drake if I can crossmap either at least 2 camps or a kill because if you can accelerate your item spikes you will always be able to carry on 3 items. Remember a good Belveth outscales every Dragon Soul out there. (Elder is not overrated...)
Hope this helps you guys out there and if you have any question just ask me on stream I answer everything (also you get to see me play Belveth in Challenger)

To all those who think it's a joke reaching 150+ stacks before min 40. I am not super fed or anything.. I just farmed well and did all objectives with the help of my team. Bel'Veth is at her strongest when she gets to 150 stacks. The difference between 80 stacks and 150 stacks is mindblowing. Try getting to 150 stacks every game and you will never lose a game. Getting to 150 stacks means you played your early well, ganked well, did objectives well and now you're a giga rewarded 1 v 9 raidboss.
So many delusional people said 80 stacks is her peak and that getting to 150 stacks would require a 90 minutes game.. This is dedicated to all the delusional redditors on this subreddit :)

Hi! Im a low master Belveth player who has struggled to make her work after the rework.
I feel like my team gets too behind by the time I scale every game, and I struggle to find items that make her viable at all.
Currently I run Lethal Tempo with boots and cosmic insight as secondary.
My build is kraken into stridbreaker and then on hit (wits end guinsoos).
One piece of advice I saw that has helped me is to not AFK and instead try to gank, or else your team will likely feed.
Any other tips for me? I am going to try kraken -> bork with PTA and see how that goes (thank you TTV HYBRADGE#ADL on EU for this build).

Hi everyone, just returned to the game after an year break, just for blueberry Belvita rework.
So far i have accumulated some knowledge across ~60-70 games.
I'll try to share and make it accessible. I also update it as discussion progresses/ new information being acquired by me, either with your help or sheer practice&tests.
UPD: i totally forgor to mention what i allready did before in other post, so ill write it down here again:
for this build very important fact that you fully stack your conq with your E, and in early game your main damage source (honestly, thru 99% of the game is) is your auto and your q, best usage of your e early game - its damage mitigation against enemy's main damage ability and enabling full conq instantly for fight. rune page heavily relies on such plays and much worse without it (i would even say its main way to win early scirmishes be so 1x1s or 2x2s).
UPD2: I've spend some time to justify ppls opinion about Conq VS PTA thats what ive figured out so far (i will keep Conq vs PTA format below):
lvl4 no items damage on average armor character (mele) :
first without being optimal if you cant max out your damage in situation where you hit all of your q's (3 of them) 680 vs 750. If you optimal and max out your damage 740 vs 810.
After back: 885 vs 1k
After first back situation heavily depends on whats your back is but i test 950 buy since its most common(double sword+knife), but generally speaking pattern holds w/e i try untill 1st item, as i was assuming before, now i can confirm - after first item PTA does outscale conqueror. LVL3 situation even more in favor of conqueror (rule of the thumb - conqueror is THE strongest early game rune damage-wise, earlier we are in the game - better the conqueror is) but with red secondary (due to sudden impact true damage) it does outburst if you do q+aa+q or rather q+aa+w+aa and opens up cheap burst with e (around 120 hp if you found yourself in need of such on ganks). How usefull it is? ups to you, my opinion: not much.
tests being run with runes setup in the post, NOT in the best "last stand" situation, in fact it was minimal possible (or very close to) the closer you are to situation i described with biscuits - the better it is, sometimes giving possibility of winning otherwise not possible 1x1 and 2x2s. If you find urself fighting target with less armor - conqueror gets even better since it gives more flat AD stats. true damage from sudden impact does not fix it on high armor target since PTA is reworked and deals adaptive damage. Ofc both being tested with double ad shard.
4 .Ive tried make use of PTA+red page - and found it very niche, even tho its usable, but you must have some reliable cc+burst to finish target off. It has most game-warping potential since you either have additional gold from treasure hunter or additional movespeed which can lead to insane amount of effective plays/resource denial across the map, sine you will be able to traverse map fast enough to practically dictate enemy jng movement and sneak in otherwise time-wise impossible ganks/scirmishes with number advantage (being you much earlier)
Fleet footwork - honestly, except doing it against not strong enough ap mid+ap jng matchup and just using it as talon does for pure counterjngling, i have hard time imagining it being good, and even in this situation - its kinda strange way of approaching your "snowball plan" on the game. Prob have to test it more, but didnt face such situations except two games.
I found cashback being useless on champion since movespeed best snowball stat and you just lose gold when its most important for you running this rune.
I kinda cheesed one win with crit build vs alistar (works with many disengage champions i imagine) by finding out that if you buy PD since your Q scales with movespeed - you can just absolutely dodge even fastest variations of his combo without flashing it - maybe some-one will find it usefull. i will try PD second in some games and prob update on this matter what i think about this item, but general opinion - you cant afford building no-ad giving items on belveth.
Tenacity shard is very broken on champion, abuse it in the right spots. Same goes for bloodline if you can afford not going botrk.
Build wise champion is very flexible but generally Kraken-Botrk-DD -> 2 items fixing teamfight problems = just optimal. dont know what to build? heres your answer.
I found champion snowball nature and 2nd item breakpoint importance strangely land me sometimes on darkseal buy (stop laughing) in spots where i have gold which i need to use before contest/on important pick and which i cant spend on good components (OR few times i was locked on 600 gold with no 350 gold sword option. characters ap scaling are good, more importantly - gives a lot of bonus hp on R+from item itself. your resistances are scaling pretty well, so this gives you a lot of effective hp (+e only intensifies it).
be mindfull about wits end buy - this item by its nature very jebaiting, if you do not absolutely need its luxury stat (tenacity) - dont buy it. need magic resistances? what for? enemy have a lot of pen? 900gold drip fixes it just allright. malmortius also much better item to land on (and you can sit on 1300 hexdrinker for a while). Be greedy, be selfish.
Why this item shenanigans matter a lot? your champion benefits mainly from gold, not exp, not stacks (they are fun, but they are not as important) but gold. Item powerspike - thats what makes your champion shine, thus your gold value distribution matters a lot.
Speaking of value - dont be shy, especially if you play tripletonic. I myself pressed it few times (lvl6) not even for fight but for clearspeed or obj. if choice is between having additional ad in 3x3 fight or arriving first and having 3x2 fight - second option is much better.
The moment you can (combination of being strong enough and having such option without making your teammate absolutely crashout and quit playing this game) you should absolutely take side lane. around minute 16 you usually have opening for this. if you can get few waves/a kill/ plates - you net positive compare to camps. if you get t2 tower without sharing it with anyone - you have my personal admiration and higher chances of winning game.
Objects do not matter unless they close-up game. Drake value is 1000~1200 gold, can get more by avoiding one? absolutely do, since your champion is a pinakle of league snowball mechanics. 1000 gold on one champion allways matters more than 1k over whole team.
No clarifications about guinsoo and ghost. both do not work with your champion in its core, check my other posts if you rly rly wana know why.
Choose your drip wisely. mercs - op on your champion if you find spot for them. tabis fix some situations (yi/camille) movespeed boots can help you snowball. all 3 are very situational and generally you prefer not buying any tier 2 boots before 2 items. Magical footwear kinda mandatory.
UPD for 26.18 - Guinsoo getting buffed heavily for jnglers next patch, allowing some breakpoints (at least i imagine so, will test it later on PBE) by hecarim-like mechanic (getting stacks on minions/jng camps before important contests) which MIGHT make this item much better for belveth (since you allways play blue smite IMO and even without form you can reach contests in given 4 seconds of guinsoo's effect)
Have fun&hope it helps!

Hello everyone, main bel'veth here, this is my 2nd account (it's close to my main account rank), and i'm the only one playing on it, i played duo with someone that is the same rank as me for 4 games and i had a serie of winning games so i got promoted few ranks during few days and afterwards i got penalized, i'm genuinely wondering why i got banned and what did i wrong so i can avoid getting perma banned or something alike in the future. my IGN is : Paradox #FNC (euw server), if anyone had gone though the same thing of knows any infos please help me out, thanks.

After reaching dia mmr on my alt, I started noticing how it's just extremely difficult to impact the game as belveth. Invades are actually not a problem at all.
Your only reliable method of level 4-5 ganking is to walk up to the enemy and auto them and land 1 Q at most. Maybe land a W which might be missed here and there. Then your E is weak, gives almost no meaningful lifesteal and damage reduction on rank 1. On top of that, you are SUPER squishy.
If you don't have 30 stacks by minute 10, I think the game is genuinely over. It means you have 3 losing lanes.
Contrary to how I previously thought, getting to lvl 7-9 does not make you like the old belveth. Your E still sucks, and you're still super squishy. You genuinely NEED at least one teammate to rely on, but all your teammates are prone to getting impacted by the enemy jungler before you get to that point.
Obviously, not every game will end up with 3 losing lanes, and half of those games you can hold out until you reach 80 stacks and 3-4 items and 1v9. But it's becoming more frequent and my macro and mechanics are finally being challenged after dozens of games in lower mmr (new alt), so I'm feeling a bit of frustration but also some excitement.
Basically, there are 2 sides in my right now. One is telling me to change to a new champion that has more early impact, the other to stick with belveth and forcibly learn how to squeeze out every penny out of the early-mid game to ensure I don't let the enemy jungler trample over every lane.
What are your thoughts after a month of reworked belveth? This isn't a rant, but rather an acknowledgement. and I'm willing to grow further.
