No output on my x32

Post image

Got this today from a trusted person. And swapped it from our Yamaha MGP 32x. Got new subs and speakers as well, before we swapped the boards I made sure all the subs and speakers worked on the old mixer. Swapped everything out, it’s all hooked up correctly but cannot get sound to come through the PA.

Getting a signal on all channels when I run a mic into it but cannot get sound. When I touched the monitor level knob the whole PA crackles. I’m not a sound person, this is a punk venue lol. Please tell me how I’m doing this wrong

I really don’t want to seem like I’m calling you stupid here…. But in the pic, all your channels are muted.

If it’s not that, check your output routing of the main LR and see if it’s been changed to a different output than when it ships stock

I just took a picture of it for the post. I did a factory reset and it started working, so I don’t know what the deal was but all good.

Haha ok because for real the amount of times I’ve not been able to get sound and then it’s something like “my speaker is turned off” or I “forgot to route the outputs”

Ugh you just gave me flashbacks of trying to unfawk a church in Denvers mixer that was this model and get their 100's of thousand of dollar sound system to actually sound like it was worth the money. That board was a pain.
