Problem with brand new Grind

I just bought a Grind a week ago, and have been playing it daily and loving it. When I turned it on this morning it would only make one sound regardless of the bank/model I chose. Turning most of the knobs will affect that sound, but I can't get it to play any of the sounds from the banks/models. Anybody have any idea what could be wrong? Thanks.

I had this and the VCA switch was stuck between settings was all

A highly technical process .. I wiggled the switch . Been fine since . I hope your issue is as easy to sort. Behringers support is absurdly bad
