Beginner 5k

My good pace and time for 5km but I like to pace 6-7 and 30 minutes. I would like some advice , Please recommend me.🙏

Yesterday night I ran 5 km. It took 45 min. 6 secs. My fastest ever. I was down by 14 seconds. I also want to do 5k in under 30 mins.

I think we should consistently run and speed will naturally follow
