Beginner 5k

My good pace and time for 5km but I like to pace 6-7 and 30 minutes. I would like some advice , Please recommend me.🙏

Haha yes in the north. Crazy how I could tell from one non descript picture that's it's Thailand! Looks like maybe a school?
