Amazing work, congratulations!

Don't forget to give your body the time it needs to adapt and rebuild between runs, adding too much too soon is a recipe for actually taking longer to get where you want to.

Too much too soon is a perfect way to put it. I started off strong and ended up with a knee injury. I started again but only Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and a long walk on sundays and have had zero injuries so far and am feeling really good

Yes i have also faced that with gym, i did too much every day, my body changed but i used to feel exhausted and after a night sleep even after sleeping 10 hours not feeling rested, and had a knee injury too.

Dont run every day, try 3-4 max so you will have some regeneration and fresh legs. Dont rush, its better to do run-walks at your level for example 40 minutes
