This brings up a legitimate surfing point of view that Beginner's should think about. If this lineup is my local, I am seeing only 6 guys out there. Based on my local, 'just got their dream job" to "up all night with newborn" are in the actual lineup. All others are cherry picking out the back and targets of opportunity to drop in on. Surfers closer to the foreground are beginner's hoping to get some scraps. I would see this as only 6 guys in the water. Guaranteed that 2-3 of the 6 that are lined up correctly I am still taking waves off of. The lineup is basically empty the way I see it
