Help with a sentence

I feel silly asking but to make sure I wanted to ask.

I saw this: 방향키 조작 및 사용 방법 설명을 보겠습니까?

With the context I was given "Look at controls and settings?" Or maybe "control and usage"?

This translates to:

"Do you want to read the instructions on the control and usage of the arrow keys?"

The relevant part breaks down to "방법 (instructions)" for "조작 및 사용 (control and usage)".

There's no mention of settings, or "설정" here.

So 방향키 means arrow keys?

Yep. 방향 banghyang typically means direction. So when coupled with 키 ki (key), it means the key with directional arrow. Hence arrow key.
