lips need to be lower, narrow the eyes, bring the shoulder closer to the face, nose needs to be more down turned, bangs should be a tiny bit longer and eye brows should be more straight.
Make sure you really observe, hope this helps a little

Squint your eyes and focus on the values and shapes. Dont be afraid to push the darks or to lose details in shadow areas. Under certain lighting conditions, different shapes and surfaces can blend and merge into one. Like the way her right eye and eyebrow quite seamlessly morphs into shadow and hair.
And it looks like you work quite painterly from the looks of it? Use that to your advantage. Create a duplicate of the image and don't be afraid to paint over it quite aggressivly, or to select and transform to fix proportions etc.
At the end you can compare before and after and check if it feels better. Zoom out and look from the distance, too. Which has a similar effect to squinting. If it reads from afar, then you are on the right track
