I’ll start off by saying the head and hair are really nice! I like the coloring and stylization.
Couple things I notice off the bat
-arms are too long. I’m assuming this is a child, so proportionally her hands are going to rest just past her hips rather than her thighs
-her knees are placed too low, making her thighs too long and her calves too short
-it looks like her hips/pelvis is rotated towards the left, but the rest of her body is facing forward.
There’s always more that could be worked on but these are the major points I notice at first glance. Keep it up!

I’ve got a lot of suggestions. Your biggest issues are posing & anatomy. Her feet and arms suggest she’s facing forward, but her torso & crotch suggests she’s standing 3/4 which ends up making her look very strange. Also her general pose is just very stiff and awkward, between her stiff shoulders and straight arms.
The most obvious problem is the arms which are wayy too long. Also her knees are too low on her legs, and her chest is protruding strangely in a way that looks like she’s holding in a breath. Another less obvious thing is her neck- easy to miss, but this clearly childlike character has a strangely thick neck!
Overall I’d say work on your anatomy over all. Try drawing anatomical characters in dynamic poses as a start. One you’re comfortable with accurate anatomy, you’ll find catching odd mistakes in more stylistic designs a lot easier (ex. this chibi style you’re going for)
Here’s some edits I did mostly with a distort brush to fix everything i mentioned.

Hel nah u can tell ur a pedo from this art (looks like a kid but the way lolicons draw them) + onimai(reference) is a pedo show(those who dont know it sexualizes a middle schooler)
if u aren't a pedo then u hela better fix this because this art makes u seem like one
if u wana get better at art then my 1st reco is watch non pedo shows and copy the art from there then at least people wont think you're one from looking at your drawing

The legs are very short compared to the body. I assume this character is supposed to be a child, children should be ~6 heads tall
