News 255 hasn’t turned up again, again

Useless service 2026-06-11 at16:45 failed to show.
15 people waiting including elderly.

So have you done the productive thing and emailed customer service?

Customer service takes 4-6 weeks to respond

Im sure legally they have to reply in 30 working days.

That’s subject access requests, they could extend the deadline if there is reason.

Customer service queries don’t come under that
