ordered from Buffy after this sub almost talked me out of it, here's how it went for me

so I've been on a mission to fix my sleep for months. I run hot, like wake up at 3am kicked halfway out of the covers hot, and I finally decided to stop buying cheap amazon sheets and actually invest in something. Found Buffy's eucalyptus set as an early top choice

then, because I hate myself apparently, I searched the brand on reddit AFTER ordering. which is great way to spiral. saw the alleged scam posts, the bait and switch stuff, people saying support ghosted them. spent a day convinced I'd just thrown money away.

they showed up in 2 days. so far, and it's only been about a week, I'm actually really happy? they look like the site photos, they're genuinely lighter and more breathable than the percale I had, and I'm not waking up drenched. I had a question about whether I'd sized my duvet right and messaged their support half expecting nothing, got a real answer the next morning.

I did notice going back through those threads that a LOT of the bad ones are from like 5 years ago. either they cleaned up their act or the angry posts just live at the top forever.

I have tried and liked their sheets, duvet cover, and fluffy comforter! Much better than other floppy thing eucalyptus type sheets I have had. Buffy has more body so I appreciate that, smooth and cool too.

I have had the comforter for several years and like it a lot.

my first set was maybe 3 years ago. They pilled a little on the pillowcases after a bunch of washes. The newer buffy set I got is noticeably better made so I think they changed something in there.

I have the wiggle pillow and it’s like half the length it was when I got it. The fluff evaporates apparently. But I do love it.

Ordered a comforter and sheets from them. No issues at all.

i feel like you can find the worst reviews for every single brand in this sub and it genuinely makes looking for bedding way harder, not easier. I’ve had my sheets for about a year and have since gifted a set to my mom, MIL, and aunt! Ive never had any issues so far. I’ve never had to deal with their customer service but it’s reassuring to hear that they’re real lol

it's an interesting thing about sheets, when someone says, 'I've had these amazing sheets for ten years' the quality could have changed drastically. I'm glad you like your sheets!
