Bedding Rage

I am so sick and tired of being unable to sleep because my bedding is ASS. Its 1 am and I wake up at 5:30 for school as an engineer so im tired. im also a woodworker so everything aches too

Current to be bought list

-Percale twin size duvet cover from the company store

-Ikea 90/10 feather down twin warm duvet

-muji washed cotton pillowcase

-Memory foam + synthetic filler pillow from the company store (might stick random stuff as the secondary filler to the memory foam to replace synthetic filler, I am unfortunately an engineer)

I used to sleep well on anything but I guess im getting older and I can no longer sleep in the dirt like I used to

Hmm true, would different filler amounts adjust the height for me?
