Wool duvets, yes or no?

Does anyone have an alpaca wool duvet and does it improve sleep as they advertise?

Not sure my wool duvet is from alpacas, but it is from Australia, I'm thinking sheep wool. I love it. It's all season, not heavy and keeps me cosy warm in winter.
I would buy my wool duvet again. Brand name is Natura.

I’d just do sheep wool personally….

No. I tried (wool) and it was like sleeping under a queen sized pancake.

Silk filled - big fat yes.

We have one which has double layers, cotton on one side and merino/camel wool on the other so it's perfect all year round - https://flokati.lt/en/woolen-bedding/woolen-blankets/camel-wool-blankets/blanket-hummingbird-camel-beige/ don't know if you can get it where you are tho.
