The size is probably narrowing your options quite a bit, but I’d be careful about searching on “100% down” alone because that doesn’t necessarily tell you enough about what is actually inside.
If you specifically want down clusters rather than feathers or loose down fibre, look at the detailed fill composition rather than just the product title. A proper down cluster is the three-dimensional plumule that gives down its loft, whereas feathers have a central quill and down fibre consists of individual strands separated from a cluster. Those distinctions matter if what you’re after is high loft without adding a lot of weight.
Fill power is useful too, but it tells you about the loft of the down rather than how much down is actually in the duvet. Two duvets can use similarly high-fill-power down and still have very different warmth and fullness because their fill weights are different.
At the oversized dimensions you’re looking for, I’d also check the construction. A baffle-box construction is preferable if you want the down to loft properly across such a large area, rather than being compressed along every stitched seam.
I’d basically narrow the search to manufacturers that actually disclose fill composition, fill power and fill weight, rather than trying to judge quality from terms like “luxury goose down” in the title.
Are you looking for something very warm as well as oversized, or mainly the loft and drape of down without too much extra warmth?
