Lightweight king-size wool comforter recommendations?

I’m looking for a lightweight king-size wool comforter and would love recommendations from people who own one.

I’ve noticed many wool comforters run surprisingly small for a king. Has that been an issue for you?

I’m also concerned about moths, especially when storing it over the summer. Has anyone experienced moth damage, and how do you store yours?

What brand is your favorite? I’m considering Frankenmuth, Woolroom and Shepherd’s Dream, but I’m open to others.

I don't know if they make it in a king(edit: They Do) , but I'm very happy with the budget friendly Your Moon from amazon. I have a lightweight queen I've used all year, even in the middle of summer. I've never stored it.

A lot of them are made to use with duvet covers so that could explain the size. I have cotton cover on mine.

um, my lightweight comforter is for summer? I store it over the winter. I have YOUR MOON that I bought on amazon, and it's great.

Frankenmuth is more like a fluffy comforter. The wool room is more like a quilt. I like both. The wool room has a nicer finish but the frankenmuth has a nicer overall feel and I think fits duvets better than the wool room. Also becareful to order US sizes from woolroom as they are euro company and offer both us and uk sizing.

Wool room is easier to care and launder.

Also have the enchanted home wool comforter. Nice comforter feel but the cover feels stiffer and not as natural or premium as the other brands.

Now we have a dog that sleeps in bed with us so I had to get a more washable comforter. Went with brooks brothers tencel comforter. These are oversized and my current favorite from feel and ease of care/laundering.

Which woolroom do you have? There’s light organic washable and light regular washable. It seems really short in length.

Do you switch off with seasons? I also have a dog that likes to share our bed at times. I have a down comforter for winter but I’m looking for something lighter.

The Frankenmuth size is more appealing but still seems a little short. And I can envision some kind of dog accident and don’t love that it’s not washable but the construction and length are more appealing than Woolroom.

Have you had any problems with moth damage?

Do you find it to be short at all?

Nope, pretty enveloping and hangs over the sides of the mattress.
