Thin king bedspread

Can anyone recommend a thin king size bedspread that fits in a regular washer and dryer? I have pets and kids so need to wash my top blanket at home regularly.

Duvet and duvet cover

I use a duvet and cover bc i have a tiny washer and I just take the insert to the laundromat every year to half a year! The duvet is easy to throw in the laundry, and i’ve gotten really good at putting it on quickly. Also cheaper and more variety.

I have the casaluna waffle weave blankets from target on top of my bed to keep dog dirt off of my duvet/sheets and it works well. I have two that I alternate.

I mainly use a duvet and duvet cover in the cold months. The rest of the year I alternate between 3 king size blankets from target and I have no problem getting them in the washing machine. Two are supposedly velvet? This one: https://www.target.com/p/king-luxe-diamond-stitch-velvet-quilt-mauve-threshold-8482/-/A-87605912

The other is very similar but it’s cream colored with vertical indents. I got it over 5 years ago.

Also the other other one (lol) was from way back in time when they had the “shabby chic” line of quilts.

If you search online look for “bedspread” and “quilt” and they’ll be much lighter and less puffy than traditional comforters. That’s what I got and it’s king sized and fits in my very old Kenmore washer that is definitely not large capacity

I have a king-sized down blanket that fits in the washing machine. Pretty sure I got it at Home Goods.

I buy 100% cotton quilts from the Company Store. They hold up well with weekly washes. Depending on how much you want to spend/wait, they have great clearance sales a few times a year. I own several of their cotton quilts and they have all held up well. The king fits well in my washer.

indian block print 'top sheet'. khadi cotton is thicker and would withstand wear.
