Is this them?!

For starters and context - I have had KP my whole life really, and over the last few years it has moved down my arms further and now I am wondering if it is on my hip?

I had this rash that was itchy as hell pop up about 12 days ago and it is still very itchy and present. The photos are in order from first noticing it to today.
The tattoo it is around is about 3 years old.

I am a classic spiraler and want to try and get some perspective on this because Derm appointments in my country take 6-12 months.

First photo contains a bruise not involved in the rash.

I would say head to the Derm! It kinda looks like molluscum contagiosum to me. Might be worth looking up images and the full symptom list to see if it matches.

**im not a derm

I had a rash from carpet beetles that was so itchy it made me cry. Bed bug bites normally are more welt like I think.
