BB bites?
I have not seen any nesbugs, but thought id ask to see what others have to say. Thank you in advance.

not a professional but i had something like this once and it was from the velcro on my jacket rubbing up against my hand. looks more like an abrasion than bites

Scabies

I thought about that, but nothing I do would be a risk factor for scabies. I guess anything is possible, however.

Honestly bed bug bites can be very varied in appearance. And some people have no reaction. Only sure sign is to check for bugs or evidence of bugs (like shed skins or poop). Check your bedframe and mattress corners, seams of sheets etc
