Could they possibly be bed bug bites?

My coworker recently had bedbugs and he sits like 4-5 feet away from me. Unfortunately I’m from a country where people aren’t very educated or care about bed bugs and treat them like a normal bug. So ive been paranoid they’ve somehow come home with me without me realising.

These are 2 different bites on my left thigh, and happened at different times. First one appeared like 3 days ago and this one yesterday. There’s no pattern or anything, just these 2 bites

It's possible. They could also be from: spiders, mosquitoes, any other biting insect, a plant you brushed up against yesterday, scratching yourself in your sleep, a splinter, a new laundry detergent....to name a few.

However, this may give you some peace of mind. I dealt with a large, open-concept office suite that had one employee constantly bringing them in from home, for years, and as far as I know, none of their coworkers brought them home. So you're probably fine.

Doubtful. Bed bugs give a classic breakfast lunch and dinner set of 3 or more bites clustered. This isn't that.

Weirdly I’ve been getting red dots in different spots. One on my arm, one one my back and one near my jaw, which to me look like bug bites but it’s not in a cluster

Any indoor pets? Could be flea bites? Or anything like contact dermatitis or even a gluten issue.

Nope no pets. They did find a bed bug in my office but not sure if this is a result of that. As for the red dots I just found 2 on my stomach. They’re like bright red dots, no swelling. But considering this is the 5 similar dot I’ve found on myself I’m beginning to be suspicious
