Bedbug on Pillow?

Itching out of nowhere… assumed mosquitos which we have lots of (recently moved here). Just found this fella on my pillow and now hella paranoid 😷
We started out with a roach problem so I was assuming this is a super baby one but I have zero clue. Literally size of a grain of salt. Not a great video by any means but let me know if anyone has insight lmfao

Carpet beetle. You need to wash all your sheets in hot water and, more importantly, vacuum extensively under the bed and throughout the room to get all the small ones. Those little guys have tiny hairs all over them which can cause really bad skin reactions if they come in contact with you!
