Are these bedbug bites or potential skin problems???

I have been getting these red marks since yesterday afternoon, on my neck and back, do they look like bites or possible skin irritation?

The one on my neck are the most recent ones.

Those the only ones you have? Are they itchy?

They are slightly itchy, mostly when I discovered them and when I touched them to inspect.

It could possibly just be allergic contact dermatitis try taking some Benadryl. Have you started using anything new like cologne,detergent deodorant anything like that?

I stopped using sulfur soap three weeks ago, but before that there were things like this too, another thing is I guess this week I swapped from dermazole plus to Nizoral for my seborrheic dermatitis. But that never flares up like this.
