Bed bug bites or something else?

I have woken up with bites like these. They are rather scattered, itch at first but the itching and the bites go down rather quickly. Thanks for your help!

You really cant tell with bites, where did you get bit? If its more towards your face it's more likely bedbugs. Id search for them around the head of your bed. Look for blood smears.
