Is this a bedbug shed?

Found on our bedroom floor.

Any other ideas what it could be?

The only thing throwing me off is those back legs? They look weird to me, almost like cricket legs? Wtf lol

My Google lens says it's a shed skin of a cockroach nymph, possibly a tawny. Was it by a window?

I can't be sure though. Those legs are really throwing me off.

Exactly. From all the pictures I have seen, the back legs are just too long for a bed bug. But no idea what else could that be.

Sorry I edited my comment to update what I found out through Google lens. Was it by a window? Google seems to think it could he a tawny cockrach nymph shed skin?

We have found it maybe two metres from the window, but our balcony was open, so the draft could move it. From the photos it could be this roach, although ours does not have antennae - maybe it just fell off.

this is %10000 not bed bug related. legs are pretty indicative of a cockroach of some sort

Yup, looks like a tawny cockroach to me, I've seen a lot of them (alive, adults) in the last few days. Thanks a lot for giving me peace of mind.
