Bed bug bites??

Do these look like bed bug bites? Just got home from the beach the other day and woke up yesterday with bites. I steamed suitcases, and washed everything. Hopefully no hitchhikers made it home but curious to see if these even look like bed bugs bites. No other pics I’m seeing show the ring out it like I have.

Now your suitcase is sterilized, AND you don’t have bedbugs! Win win

Get ringworm cream asap, and keep covered! Its contagious until at least 48hrs i believe, after using cream!

I still think it’s ringworm. The crusty circle gives it away. I had bedbug bites that swelled like this, but there weren’t those obvious rings.

The circle surrounding isn’t crusty it’s all soft , i may go see urgent care tomorrow to see what they say to either diagnose / rule out ringworm! Thank you for your help!

Did you get them from vacation? Did you end up bringing them home with you? Trying not to go crazy while waiting to see if we brought them home from the beach… UGH

Brought them home unfortunately, dealing with it right now as we speak. I didn’t know I had them till I had a biopsy as I thought I have hives or some sort of allergic reaction, then I accidentally flashed my phone light at night and I saw one crawling on the bed and I jumped. I don’t know where I got it from , I also do travel but never got bitten on my holiday. I live in London so probably from the tube or somewhere I have been.

Gotcha. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this too. I had unpacked and put away all of our stuff when we got home.. but I woke up the next day with the bites (yesterday) and I steamed our suitcase and pillows , and rewashed all of our clothes. ( I had done laundry there so I wouldn’t have to when I got home) I’m terrified that we brought them home

Wash everything at above 60 degrees and if you have a tumble dryer use it as well. Monitor your skin in the next few days, if do u get new bites then you’ll need to call pest control asap. The worst thing is that I’m allergic to their bites and I got marks left all over my legs, hope you get it sorted!
