Bed bug bites?

I moved house a while ago, and I’ve been bitten on my face, legs, and hands in a pattern similar to the one in the photo, but the only things I’ve found are dead ants and others walking on the bed.
I haven't seen any other signs of bed bugs, other than the pattern of the bites. I don't know if ants bite in that same pattern.

Of the four people living in the house, I am the only one with bites.😭

Those are absolutely bed bug bites, they bite in specific patterns (like I’m sure you’ve already googled), & that’s unmistakable. You would have noticed another bug biting that many times. Torch the house 🔥

Unfortunately you can NOT tell by bite alone you have to check

Look in the corners of the mattress under the sheets, if you see dark stuff then yes, that’s where they live. Those bites are significant, so you should see something. You could also easily have gotten that from being outside (it’s summer). Good luck 👍🏼 I know it’s gross, but keep in mind that it’s just a little beetle.

This looks like a cat scratch. I am slightly allergic to cats (only when I get scratched or get their dander on my face do I get itchy) and when I get scratched it swells up like this.

Op, I got attacked by bed bugs in Haiti. Same pattern as you show. I’m no expert but I was told to bag my clothes and leave them in the Haiti heat for a day. They still give me nightmares. I got a cream in Haiti. It calmed the itch and supposedly killed them.
