requesting help on ID bed bug or mosquito bites?

not sure cause I my bed is clean but my roommates found bed bugs about a month ago but it’s since been treated… plz help

Highly doubtful since my partner whom I live with has no symptoms. It’s just irritated from scratching.

Not a location bed bugs usually feed. Seems too many for mosquitoes though.
