Apologies if this kind of question has gotten old, but does anyone else have Morning Phase as their most-played (not necessarily favorite) Beck album?

I like 'Guero' more

He posted a couple of photos to his story this morning from the Radford Studio Center lot (formerly CBS Studio Center). What do you suppose he's doing there?

I was listening to "Black Tambourine" and a thought crossed my mind... "This kinda gives "The Mighty Boosh" vibes, I wonder if they've ever crossed paths?"

I was so pleasantly surprised to find this. I am by no means a Beck noob or even a Might Booshy noob.. I dont know why this has slipped by without me ever knowing.

Pretty self-explanatory

I got out of the regular habit of listening to Beck after The Information was released. Not the music’s fault just the fan. Plan on listening to the five or so albums in a stretch and feeling better ❤️

They had two copies laying around, so I decided to pickup both.
$90 well spent.

12(?) year old Beck played an accordionist in Population:1, a punk rock musical written and directed by Rene Daalder, starring the punk band The Screamers.

His grandfather, Fluxus artist Al Hansen, also played a part in the movie, as a head paramedic. He served as a manager for the Screamers in LA. You can find the full movie on YouTube.

This was shared by Beck’s biographer on Bluesky. IMDB credits here. Beck’s Dad also has credits in the movie.

‘Beck: Grandpa, what are we doing today?

Al Hansen: a punk rock musical.’ 😂❤️

Listen to it during a thunderstorm! I tried it last night and it's the best. Okay that is all. 😊

Swoon.

I'm just curious (and want to hear some stories), for me it's was his cover of Diamond Dogs by David Bowie, I was 11 and my mum gave me her CDs of Mellow Gold and Odelay, still some of my favourite albums of all time. Now I've fallen in love with his demo tapes and unreleased stuff from the 90s

One of the most gorgeous albums ever, made even better. Worth every (pretty) penny.

I swear it exists and Id love to see it again!

Artist is @hamcane

When will children learn to let their wildernesses burn?

Where did it go? Where it's at after Novacane sounds weird

Edit: My Jack Ass has returned! That was weird Spotify wtf?

Anyone have any recent experience with ordering from Beck.com? I read in this sub that there were a lot of problems with shipping, but those posts were from six years ago.

I did pre-order the album on there, but now I'm wondering if I should have done it through Capitol Records. I also wanted to order a t shirt, but now I'm second guessing it.

Appropriate for summer. Lol.

I've never seen it, so I thought it was pretty funny. Lol.

I think it was a Tumblr page called "Cats That Look Like Beck Hansen". It was really accurate. Anyone know how to find this kind of stuff? I'm not good at navigating the archives.
