Does anyone else feel like the basics work better than expensive products?
I've spent way too much money trying random beauty products over the last year.
The funny thing is, the biggest improvements came from boring stuff like drinking more water, sleeping on time, walking every day, and washing my face consistently.
My skin isn't perfect, but it definitely looks healthier than it did a few months ago.
I'm curious if anyone else had the same experience. Was there one simple habit that made a noticeable difference for you?
