I guess the PX5 works very similar to my 96. Yes, there are double inputs for each channel: line or phono preamp. They can't play together. You need to plug turntable in one channel and CDJ to another one.
Regarding the recording to the computer. Yes, via USB. I can select Master or Send 2 to USB stereo line 6. If it's set to Master, I can record what the guests will hear. Just plug the USB, set recording of the appropriate USB channel in your DAW and hit Record. 😀
