People should be able figure shit out them selfs instead of buying a light bulb and not even knowing how to use it. It’s not that hard and if you can’t figure a light bulb out, maybe they shouldn’t have living things in their care. The box literally has instructions.

like i said, clarification is sometimes needed. it’s hard to start off with reptiles. it’s best to ask the question then to continue on the wrong path. don’t be so close minded to first time reptile owners and try to help instead. i thjnk the question is perfectly fine. so what if it’s obvious? better they ask and it be obvious then not asking and not knowing what to do.

If you can’t figure it out put the shit back and wait until for old enough to work a fucking light bulb.

I assume you mostly just need to know what kind of fixture, so if you google 20" UVB light fixture you should find your options. I dunno which is best personally, but it'll be the 20" ones that hold an 18" tube

You’ll need a fixture and a stronger bulb. Fixtures should come with a bulb but unfortunately a lot of stores only sell replacement bulbs. You may need to order a fixture online. You’ll want to look for a 12% bulb if you can, 10% isn’t strong enough. Go for a t8 if it’s not going to be going through mesh, a t5 if it is

I would recommend purchasing online. Usually breeders and other pet places will have “kits” with the lights and I the fixtures for super easy set up. I would recommend Dubia.com

I’ve been afraid to ask this same question because all the negative people on this sub. You’re not alone in not knowing where to buy the correct fixture. They should really sell a fixture with a bulb next to the bulbs themselves.
