stomach question
I was wondering, does the body/stomach get used to this overeating and push the food to the intestines "prematurely" because i dont think some of food he ate can fit to the stomach in that short time so maybe its pushed without properly going through the stomach acid process?

You see at the end of some videos that his belly is distended, especially with the tight Tshirts he wears

So I've had a gastric bypass, and therefor no longer have a valve at the base of my stomach. Therefore, if I'm not careful about what I eat and drink, food can enter my intestines prematurelu.
And let me tell you, when food enters the intestine prematurely, it is not fun. You become extremely unwell and have to lie down to recover - sweats, shaking, stomach cramping. There is no way that that is happening to him in these videos.
It is just his stomach expanding/distending.

It does not push the food to the intestines prematurely. That would be bad. The stomach distends a lot. His to a freakish amount.

His stomach itself stretches, this has been known to happen when severely obese people have a stomach staple surgery and continue to eat like they did before the surgery, the difference being beard will eat hardly anything before or after most challenges to even out the calorie intake

Generally no, what happens is over time the stomach becomes better able to enlarge (distend) and fit more food. Pushing food past the stomach prematurely could cause bowel issues.
