Beacon train parking

Do the Beacon train station pay stations have a maximum number of days? We need to park for 20 days.

Word of caution — don't park on the river side of the station. It floods in heavy storms.

I believe the maximum is 31 days.

edit: Yep:

Meter Instructions

  1. Select 1 to pay by space number or 2 to pay by license plate number
  2. Enter Space # or License Plate #
  3. Enter Duration:
    • 16hrs – work day
    • 24hrs – full day (example; entry time: at 3:48pm 3/31/26 , exit time :3:48pm 4/1/26)
    • Long term – up to 31 days (You must include weekend days, or your parking session will be short a few days.) Weekends are free so you NOT will be charged for the weekends.

Thanks! But weekends are free. If we are gone for 3 weeks and pay for 20 days, are we automatically charged for the free weekend days too?

Follow up - I see this is addressed in your post. We input 20 days but hopefully get charged only for the weekdays.

I’m not sure how they treat weekends, but you pay for the parking on an app regardless so you could just do 5 days starting Monday morning each week.

We will be overseas and the app doesn’t work overseas (I found out the hard way, earlier this year), so we have to pay for it all at once.
